How it works
- Send the tenancy contract and the unpaid amounts. Plus the tenant’s details from the contract.
- We draft the notice. In Arabic and English, with the 30 day deadline.
- You sign and it is notarised. At our Business Bay office, online, or at your home.
- The notice is served on the tenant. Through a notary public.
- You keep the notice and the proof. For a Rental Disputes Centre case if the rent is still not paid after 30 days.
Before you send it
Check your contract. The 30 day rule applies unless the parties agreed otherwise.
List every amount. Dates, amounts and cheque numbers make the case easy to follow.
Keep the proof. The Rental Disputes Centre asks for the notice and the proof of service.
Rent notice cost
The government fee for a notarised notice is quoted at the current Dubai Courts rate when you ask. Our own fee is quoted in writing before work starts.
| Item | Fee |
|---|---|
| Drafting and service of the notice | Quoted per matter |
| Translation included in the instrument | AED 50 per page |
| Notary attending outside the office | AED 1,000 |

Excellent notary service. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. They even agreed to schedule a call at a time that worked best for us, which was outside their usual practice, a real sign of their flexibility and client focus.
