Dubai law allows a notary to work through digital processes, including remote identity checks and electronic signatures. For you that means the notarisation can happen by video call without visiting an office. The document is registered in the same Dubai Courts system and carries the same verification barcode as one signed in person.

Home or office visit
We come to your home, office or board meeting anywhere in Dubai. The government attendance fee is AED 1,000 per visit, not per signature.
How it works
- Send the document or describe it. We confirm it can be done online.
- Check your UAE PASS is verified. This is the one thing that cannot be fixed on the call.
- We draft and translate. Arabic and English, agreed with you in advance.
- The video call. Identity confirmed through UAE PASS, the document read with you, and signed.
- You receive the document electronically. With the Dubai Courts verification barcode.
When online is not the answer
Certified true copies. The original must be in the room with the notary, so these cannot be done online.
Some instruments need attendance. Certain acts need the parties before the notary, sometimes together.
An unverified UAE PASS. It cannot be fixed during the call. Check it first.
Online notarisation cost
An online appointment has no extra government fee. The act is charged at the same rate as in the office, and the AED 1,000 attendance fee does not apply. Our own fee is quoted in writing.

Online notary questions
Is an online notarised document treated differently?
No. It is registered in the same Dubai Courts system with the same verification barcode.
Can any document be done online?
No. Certified true copies cannot, and some instruments need attendance. Send the document and we confirm.
What if my UAE PASS is not verified?
Verify it before booking. It cannot be done during the call.
Can I do this from outside the UAE?
UAE PASS verification is the limit rather than where you are. Tell us your situation and we confirm before you book.
Does it cost less than attending?
The act costs the same. You save the AED 1,000 attendance fee and the journey.
