If you cannot come to us
Two options, and both are genuine notarial acts registered by Dubai Courts with a verification barcode.
We come to you. In your office, at home, or at a board meeting. A notary attending outside the office is AED 1,000 under Dubai Courts Decision No. 312 of 2025, and that is a single government fee for the attendance rather than a charge per signature.
Or you attend online. Through an online notary appointment, by secure video call, with identity verified through UAE PASS. Available anywhere in the UAE. Not every act can be done this way, and we will tell you plainly whether yours can.

What to tell us
What the document has to achieve
The outcome, not the document name. The right instrument follows from the task.
Who has to sign
How many parties there are, and where each of them is.
Whether a value is stated
A sum written into the document changes how the government fee is calculated.
The destination
If the document will be used outside the UAE, the country decides the wording.
Your deadline
So we can tell you honestly whether it is achievable rather than after you have booked.
Any written requirement
If the authority asking for the document gave you their requirement, send it.
What we will tell you back
Which instrument you actually need. Often it is not the one people ask for. A special power of attorney is frequently safer than a general one, and an acknowledgement is frequently what is wanted rather than an affidavit.
Exactly what to bring. A specific list for your matter, not a generic one, so that one appointment is enough.
What it will cost, split. The government fee, which is prescribed and public, and our professional fee, which is ours. Both in writing before work starts.
Whether we are the right people. If your matter needs representation rather than notarisation, we will say so at the first conversation rather than after you have paid.
How an appointment runs
- You get in touch. Phone, WhatsApp or email. Describe the task or send the document.
- We confirm requirements and cost. In writing, before anything starts.
- We prepare the bilingual draft. Arabic and English, approved for Dubai Courts, and read with you before signature.
- Identity verification and signing. In the office, at your location, or remotely through UAE PASS.
- Issue. Dubai Courts releases the document electronically with a verification barcode, delivered to you by secure link.
Common questions before getting in touch
Do I need an appointment?
It is better to have one, because booking lets us confirm exactly what you must bring before you travel. Same day appointments are often possible.
Can I just turn up?
You can, during opening hours. Call first anyway. Most wasted trips are caused by a missing original document, and one phone call prevents that.
Can you tell me the price over the phone?
The government fee, yes, once we know the act and the number of parties. Our professional fee is quoted in writing once we know what drafting and translation the document needs.
What do you need to see before quoting?
The document, or a clear photograph of it. A document that states a sum of money is charged differently from one that does not, and that is not something a description reliably tells us.
Do you work weekends?
Yes. Appointments are available 24/7, including Saturday and Sunday: at our Business Bay office, online, or at your home.
Which languages do you work in?
Arabic and English. Documents notarised in Dubai are bilingual and the drafting is done in house.
How quickly can a document be issued?
That depends on the Dubai Courts system, on UAE PASS where remote notarisation is used, and on other signatories. We will give you an honest expectation for your matter rather than a headline turnaround we cannot control.
Is there a charge for asking a question?
No.

Had experience of getting some of my documents attested from the firm. Service was top notch. Mr. Ali explained everything in detail and was of great assistance. I would recommend the firm for any legal assistance or document attestation.
Highly recommended and excellent service. I had to do notarization for some documents and Miss Razan assisted us greatly with exceptional professionalism and courtesy.
Great and speedy service for getting the NOC to sponsor my child. Big thanks to Ali for handling everything smoothly and on time.
Excellent notary service. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. They even agreed to schedule a call at a time that worked best for us, which was outside their usual practice, a real sign of their flexibility and client focus.
I am 100 percent satisfied with their true copy attestation, highly recommend.
I contacted this office for a notary today on Sunday. They processed my notary and I got my documents online the same day.
I needed a statutory declaration for New Zealand notarised. They did it for me online since I was based in Abu Dhabi. Thanks for your service.
Excellent service. They are an instant replying agency. Others take long hours to reply to simple questions. Highly recommended for notaries in Dubai.
