Who publishes this site
This website is published by Notary support Services, which provides in-house, online and home visit notary public services in Dubai. Our office is at Business Hub, Marasi Drive, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Notarial acts described on this site are completed by our in-house notary public, in person, online or on a home visit. We prepare the documents with you first.
This site is information, not advice
Everything published here describes UAE notarial procedure in general terms. It is written to help you understand what a document is, what it requires and what the prescribed fee for it is. It is not legal advice about your matter, and it cannot be, because we have not seen your document or your circumstances.
Notarial requirements turn on detail. Whether a power of attorney covers what your agent actually has to do, whether a document states a value for fee purposes, and whether a receiving authority abroad will accept a particular form of words are all questions that depend on the specific instrument in front of you.
No client relationship is created by this site
Reading this website, downloading anything from it, or sending an enquiry through it does not create a client relationship between you and this practice. A relationship begins when we have identified you, agreed what work is to be done, and confirmed the fee in writing.
Until that point, please do not send confidential material or anything you would not want to sit in an ordinary email inbox.
Fees and legal references
Fee figures published on this site are taken from the instruments that set them: Dubai Courts Decision No. 312 of 2025, published in the Official Gazette of the Government of Dubai, Issue No. 752, in force from 2 January 2026, and Cabinet Resolution No. 19 of 2024. Each figure on the fees page names its source and the date it was last checked.
Those instruments can be amended, and a page that was accurate when written can become out of date without changing. If you are relying on a figure, ask us to confirm the current position rather than relying on the date at the foot of the page.
No guaranteed outcome or timing
We do not state a guaranteed turnaround anywhere on this site, and you should treat any notary that does with caution. Issue of a notarised document depends on the Dubai Courts system, on UAE PASS where remote notarisation is used, and on other signatories. We will give you an honest expectation for your matter and tell you promptly if it changes.
Similarly, we cannot guarantee that a document notarised here will be accepted by an authority in another country. We can tell you what the document needs from us. What a receiving authority requires beyond that is set by them.
Third party links
Where this site links to a government website or a published legal instrument, it does so because that source is the authority for a statement made here. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. Following such a link takes you outside this site.
Reviews and testimonials
Client reviews shown on this site are drawn from the practice’s public Google Business Profile and are reproduced as written. They describe the experience of the individual reviewer. They are not a prediction of the outcome, cost or timing of any other matter.
Limits of liability
Nothing on this site is offered as a warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on general information published here where you have not asked us about your specific matter. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to this page
We update this site when the underlying law, fees or procedure change. This page was last reviewed on 2 September 2026.
