Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Ali, Notary support Services. We provide in-house, online and home visit notary public services from our office at Business Hub, Marasi Drive, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this site is for
This site exists to explain what a private notary in Dubai does, what each notarial act requires, and what the prescribed fee for it is. You may read it, print it and share links to it freely.
What you may not do
Copy the site wholesale
Do not republish substantial parts of this site as your own content. Quote it, link to it, cite it.
Present it as advice
Do not pass this material to someone else as advice on their matter. It is general information.
Misuse the contact channels
The phone, WhatsApp and email details published here are for genuine enquiries.
Interfere with the site
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses, or access parts of it that are not public.
Scrape at volume
Automated bulk collection that degrades the site for other readers is not permitted.
Misrepresent the practice
Do not use the practice’s name, or the notary’s name, in a way that suggests an association that does not exist.
Content, sources and accuracy
Fee figures, legal references and procedural descriptions on this site name the instrument they come from and the date they were last checked. We take that seriously and correct errors when they are found.
Even so, the instruments can be amended and a page can go out of date without changing. Nothing here is warranted to be current at the moment you read it. Before you rely on a figure or a procedural statement, ask us to confirm it. Doing so costs nothing.
Enquiries you send
If you send an enquiry through the details on this site, please keep it to what is needed to answer your question. Do not send confidential documents before we have agreed to act, and do not send anything you would not be willing to have sit in an ordinary email inbox. What we do with information you send is described in the privacy policy.
We may decline an enquiry without giving a reason. Most commonly this happens because the matter needs representation rather than a notarial act, or because there is a conflict.
Intellectual property
The text, structure and design of this site belong to the practice or to its licensors. Photographs used on this site are licensed stock images and are not photographs of the practice, its staff or its clients unless a caption says otherwise.
The names of government bodies, courts and authorities referred to on this site belong to those bodies. Their appearance here indicates where notarised documents are accepted and does not imply endorsement of this practice by them.
Availability
We try to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, or for reasons outside our control. We are not liable for loss arising from the site being unavailable.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website, including loss arising from reliance on general information where you have not asked us about your specific matter. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.
Language
This site is published in English and Arabic. The Arabic version is published for the convenience of Arabic speaking readers and is translated from the English text.
Where the two versions differ in meaning, the English version governs these terms of use unless a page states otherwise. That is said plainly on the Arabic page too rather than left to be discovered.
Notarial instruments themselves are a separate matter entirely: they are bilingual by requirement, and their operative language is dealt with in the instrument rather than on this page.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from use of this site, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the review date at the top tells you when it was last considered.
