A home or office visit is a notarisation done where you are. The government attendance fee is AED 1,000 under Dubai Courts Decision No. 312 of 2025, charged once for the visit, not per signature or per person. For a group signing, that often makes a visit cheaper than everyone travelling.

Excellent notary service. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. They even agreed to schedule a call at a time that worked best for us, which was outside their usual practice, a real sign of their flexibility and client focus.
