Corporate Document Notarisation in Dubai

Memorandums, board resolutions, share transfers and minutes for mainland and free zone companies. Our in-house notary public signs them at our Business Bay office or at your board meeting.

1 / 4

Who is the document for?

We notarise documents for individuals and for companies. The requirements differ, so this is the first thing we need to know.

How would you like it done?

Not every document can be notarised remotely. We will tell you plainly if yours cannot.

When do you need it?

An honest answer here helps. We will tell you if a deadline is not achievable rather than after you have booked.

Where should we send the answer?

You will get the instrument you need, what to bring, and the government fee. No charge for that.

No charge for the conversation. Please do not send identity documents here.

Company documents are notarised when a company changes its owners, its managers or its constitution, or authorises someone to act for it. We prepare the Arabic and English text before the meeting, check who has authority to sign, and complete the notarisation with every signatory.

In person, online or at your home

In person at our Business Bay office

Meet our in-house notary public at Business Hub, Marasi Drive. Bring your originals and the document is signed and sealed in one visit.

Online notary appointment

Meet the notary by secure video call, with your identity confirmed through UAE PASS. The document is issued electronically.

Home or office visit

We come to your home, office or board meeting anywhere in Dubai. The government attendance fee is AED 1,000 per visit, not per signature.

How it works

  1. Send the document and the company file. Trade licence, memorandum, and proof of who may sign.
  2. We confirm the instrument and the fee. Including whether the document states a value.
  3. We prepare the Arabic and English draft. Shared before the meeting.
  4. Signing. At our Business Bay office, at your office or board meeting, or online where the instrument allows.
  5. You receive the notarised documents. Registered with Dubai Courts, with verification barcodes.

What holds a company signing up

No proof of authority. A director is not automatically an authorised signatory. Bring a resolution, a power of attorney or the memorandum that names them.

A stated value changes the fee. A share transfer that states a price is charged as a percentage of that price, not per party. Send the document, not a description.

Arabic not agreed in advance. We circulate the Arabic and English draft before the meeting, so the meeting is only a signature.

Corporate notarisation cost

Government fees. A document stating a sum of money is charged from that value; one that does not is charged per party. Our own fee is quoted in writing before work starts.

Company document questions

Do you work with free zone companies?

Yes, and with mainland companies. Tell us which free zone first, because the supporting documents differ.

What proves someone can sign for the company?

A board resolution, a power of attorney, or the memorandum naming them. A job title does not.

Can the notary come to our board meeting?

Yes. The government attendance fee is AED 1,000 for the visit, not per signature, and appointments are available 24/7.

How is a share transfer priced?

From the price stated in it: 0.5 percent above AED 100,000, capped at AED 30,000 for notarisation. The full table is on the fees page.

Can this be done online?

Some company documents can, with each signatory verified through UAE PASS. Send the document and we confirm before you plan around it.

Describe the task rather than the document name. You will get back the instrument you need, a list of what to bring, and the cost split between the government fee and ours, in writing, before anything starts.
